Jahaziel Roman Alvarez (J Roman) is a self taught photographer based in Cleveland, Ohio. His work focuses on little discoveries, unseen details and new perspectives of otherwise everyday scenes.

Born in Miami, to Cuban immigrant parents, Jahaziel took to photography at a very young age with his first camera, a Micro 110. Through the years photography was mostly a passing hobby, documenting travels and moments with family and friends. Over the last few years he has worked on refining his vision and enjoyed sharing his work through social media.

As he continues to learn the craft he has decided publish this website to share his work with a wider audience with limited prints available soon.
